Rosie's Cakes was born out of my love for baking. There's nothing like the feeling of creating something delicious and seeing the joy it brings to others. At Rosie's Cakes, I strive to elevate the classic cake experience by incorporating unique flavors and designs. From birthdays to weddings, I have a cake for every occasion, and I always use the freshest and highest quality ingredients.
Rosie's Cakes originated when my mum requested a 40th birthday cake for her colleague who adored white chocolate. I aimed to create something unique, so I made a white chocolate and rum cake. It was a massive hit among her friends, and soon I began receiving cake orders.
That's when Rosie's Cakes was born.
Ever since, I’ve been joyfully baking cakes for all sorts of special moments - birthdays, christenings, first birthdays, gender reveals, and engagements. You name the flavour or design and I've probably whipped it up! I absolutely love a good challenge and there's nothing more satisfying to me than creating something that’s both beautiful and delicious!
